Day 1 – San Jose

Upon arrival in San Jose our local representative will guve you  a warm welcome at the airport. After collecting the baggage you will be transfered to a hotel in San Jose

Day 2 – San Jose – Arenal

After breakfast, we will visit the Poaz volcano and reach the vantage point on its huge muzzle. From here we will continue to La Paz Falls and the stunning nature around it. After a tour of the spectacular reserve and waterfalls we will have lunch in the area. From here we will drive to Arenal in Alahuela Province. Beyond the diverse natural landscapes of the reserve the volcano is the main attraction in the area. We will tour the natural reserve and then transfer to a hotel nearby.

Day 3 – Arenal – Rio Celeste

After breakfast we will take a tour of the Tenorio Volcano Nature Reserve. In the reserve we will have about 7 km walk in route route through tropical cloud forest to the blue river, where the water will form a celestial blue reflection.

Upon completion of the route transfer to our hotel in the area.

Day 4 – Arenal – Monte Verde

After breakfast, we will have a walking tour in the Arenal National Park, which includes a hike up the Tucans to the spectacular vantage point of the Arenal volcano, the lake and hot springs.

At noon we will head  to Monte Verde. Stunning views of the Niqoya Bay and the region’s islands will accompany you on our way to a forest covered road known as the “Green Mountain”.

Upon arrival at the reservation, transfer to our hotel in the area.

Day 5 – Monte Verde – an experiential day

This morning we will take a walk in the forest and cross 8 different bridges that make up the park’s bridge system. Then wrap the clouds in the cable car. Will observe the cloud forest the Arenal volcano and the Niquia Bay from the bird’s eye view. We can stop at any point to take pictures of the breathtaking scenery. A fun and safe experience for the whole family. To conclude the canopied experiential episode – the adventure of flying between the tops through cables and platforms. At the end of the day, we will take a guided tour to the frog pool and butterfly display to study the species of animals unique to this tropical region of Costa Rica.

At the end of the day, transfer to our hotel nearby.

Day 6 – Monte Verde – Manuel Antonio

In the morning, we will take a tour of the Monte Verde Cloud Forest, during which you will discover the green and tropical garden. The gathering of the clouds over the mountain slopes give the needed humidity for the prosperity of the vegetation     

At the end of the tour we will leave for Manuel Antonio Reserve. This reserve is known for its white beaches surrounded by green forest hills. On the way we will stop for crocodile safari, which include cruising on the river and watching the crocodiles overflowing among the thick vegetation.

At the end of the day, transfer to a neary hotel.

Day 7 – Manuel Antonio

This morning we will tour the most famous Costa Rica park with spectacular beaches, mangroves and tangled tropical forest. The reserve has four beaches with different characteristics. During the guided tour we will learn about the variety of butterflies, rakoons , monkeys and the other animals that inhabit the reserve.

Later in the day, a fascinating cruise in the Damas Islands for watching and feeding monkeys accompanied by the guide who “speaks” their language and intimate encounter with the monkeys.

Overnight in nearby hotel.

Day 8  – Manuel Antonio –airport

In the morning depending on the flight time transfer to the airport for your international flight.
