Day 1 -Hanoi arrival 

Welcome to Vietnam: After long time on airplane, you will reach Vietnam – the S-shaped land, where 54 different ethnic minorities inhabited. 

On your arrival in Hanoi airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver then transferred to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2 – Hanoi cooking class – City tour

In the morning

In morning Our Chef will pick you up at your hotel by taxi or motorbike to the class. Our Chefs are generalized about the program ad then take a cyclo tour to local market and street food tasting  Walking through the local market to exploring a characteristic of Vietnamese market which described the culture that only can find in Vietnam. Beside, some of local seasoning and food material would be explained by our chef during the market tour. Then cooking  Class will start. the chef will teach you how to pre-processing and making the Vietnamese foods with detailed instruction & recipes by 12h00: Time to enjoy your own foods.

In the afternoon You will firstly leave for the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam.after about 2 hour tour you will be transferred back to the Old Quarter and visit the Hoan Kiem Lake.Back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 3 -Hanoi – Drive to Sapa – Ma Tra village

In the morning after your breakfast at your hotel, our private car and guide come to pick you up and start the way to Sapa It will be a beautiful drive on the way through small villages and mountainous route with wonderful view to the valley .by noon you will reach sapa and have lunch.

After your lunch, let’s get ready for exploring Sapa .we will then continue our walk through rice paddy fields and spectacular scenery to Ma tra village inhabited by Black Hmong people. After visit Matra, we back to Sapa.

Day 4 – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van 

In the morning  our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and start trekking on the main road to go down to Muong Hoa valley. By this trekking route, our group have chance to enjoy the panorama view of the town and then the valley from the main road. After 4km on the main road, we start going down to the valley by the small trails through the terrace rice fields to get to Y Linh Ho hamlet, a small village of the Black Hmong people. From Y Linh Ho village, we go along the river to go to Lao Chai village. It is time for you to visit the local families, listen to your guide’s explanation about the local culture: how they live, way of building the traditional house, techniques of making clothes… or listen about the way of treatment for a sick person. Have lunch at local family/ restaurant 

In the afternoon We leave Lao Chai to continue to Ta Van village, the Giay people’s residence. The guide to bring you into some family: listen about their life, enjoy some green tea, learn about the differences of their culture from the other hill tribes even they leave close to each other. Leaving Ta Van, we head up to the main road where the car will pick up us to transfer back to Sapa.

Day 5- Sapa – Heaven gate – Drive to Hanoi 

In the morning our guide come to meet you up at your hotel in Sapa then transferred towards the Silver Waterfall.After taking a short walk to the waterfall, you continue our drive to the Heaven Gate of Tram Ton which can be considered as the highest peak of roads in Vietnam.You will enjoy the marvelous views of Fansipan from the Gate, the highest peak of Indochina.Coming back to the town and have lunch .

In the afternoon you will be transferred back to Hanoi 

You will reach your hotel at evening 

Overnight in Sapa

 

Day 6 – Hanoi – Hoalu – Tamcoc – Hanoi

In the morning after enjoying delicious breakfast at your hotel, you will leave Hanoi for Ninh Binh -our destination today, The first visit in this legend area is Hoa Lu Temple, the capital of Dai Co Viet (an old name of Vietnam). Being the capital of the first fundamental Government of Vietnam, Hoa Lu witnessed many important historical events: the union of Vietnam after “12 Lords Rebellion”, the war with the Song dynasty, the defense against the ancient Cambodian, and the formation of Hanoi nowadays.

After having   lunch you will be rowed along the Ngo Dong River, which makes for a truly unforgettable experience, passing between towering limestone peaks.Enormous limestone karsts jut out from the green rice fields giving rise to this place’s other name, “Halong Bay on land”.

Your tour will come to the end then you will be transferred to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 7 -Hanoi – Halong bay

In the morning You are picked up at your hotel to depart for Halong bay .Reaching Halong bay check in your cabin then have lunch in the restaurant on cruise while moving further to the bay

In the afternoon Enjoy a nice set menu lunch while the boat goes ahead to the Bay’s center. Once Arrive at Surprising Cave, explore the cave and find out how the cave was named.In the sfternoon will reach titov island. Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by beautiful islets. Visit Titov island for swimming and snorkeling or do the short trek to the top of island to have the overview of Halong bay from here . Go back the boat for relaxation and heading to sleeping area. Summit on the sundeck watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party

Overnight on cruise 

Day 8 – Halong bay – Hanoi – Fly to Danang – Hoian

Start your day with Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck. Have a light breakfast, tea, coffee and complimentary . Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it is dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald water heading to Luon cave. Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on bamboo boat rowd by the locals. Come back to the boat and You will join with the short class of cooking demonstation, how to make spring rolls before an early lunch is served.

In the afternoon Disembark .Then you are transferred to airport in Hanoi for flight to Danang.

Arrive at airport in Danang, our guide and driver pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Hoian.

Day 9 – Tra Que village – Hoian Walking tour 

after enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you start riding your bicycle to Tra Que village  You firstly will be introduced about the history of the village, the cultivation of the vegetables as well as discovering about the use of vegetables in traditional Vietnamese medicine.Then you will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. Continue doing activities After finishing all the activities, you will take a break and prepare lunch with a local family.You will have lunch in local house with many local delicacies including of the people from the middle region

In the afternoon, riding back to Hoi An town and you will start discovering this World Heritage site. You will be introduced about many delights of Hoi An. From expert dressmakers and tailors, , to a dawn photo trip along the river or from a fun visit to Hoi An Local Market , the Chinese Assembly Hall, the famous Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky Ancient House and the China Town in the other side of the canal, you’ll find yourself miss that one-of-a-kind port town in every single road of your ahead travel. In sfternoon, the tour will come to the end ad you have free time on your own later

Day 10 – Hoian Lantern making – Free time in afternoon

In the morning after breakfast at your hotel, you will move to the home of a local lantern craftsman. You will have a hands-on workshop to learn the traditional art of lantern making. You will bend the frame and select the cloth to build your own lantern from scratch and even take it home with you when you are done. 

After lunch free at your leisure

Overnight in Hoian

Day 11 -Hoian – Danang – Fly to Ho Chi Minh – Half day city tour

In the morning  we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh.

Arrive at airport in Ho Chi Minh, our guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

In the afternoon You will start the tour of dynamic City, you will visit The Reunification Palace, The central Post Office is one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh. The Notre Dame Cathedral, which is considered the symbol of this dynamic city, The last destination is Ben Thanh Local market .

Day 12 – Ho Chi Minh – Bentre – Ho Chi Minh

In the morning after breakfast at your hotel you will be met up by our guide and river then depart from Saigon for Ben Tre .On arrival board a small boat to visit typical workplaces  Stop at a quiet village, take a short walk to witness local life and hop on a xe-lôi (a kind of motorized rickshaw) to reach a nice riverside restaurant for a local lunch.

After lunch, take a short cycling tour to explore the surrounding fields before boarding a sampan for a tranquil trip along the picturesque canals. 

Come back to the port and continue to visit Ben Tre Local Market before heading back to Saigon and return to Saigon.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh 

 

Day 13 – Ho Chi Minh – Cuchi tunnels – Motorbike Food tour 

In the morning  after transferred to Cu Chi tunnels. 

Cu Chi tunnels are famed for its 200-kilometre-long tunnels, an incredible underground network built by Vietcong during the Vietnam war. By visiting this site, you will have a chance to look back to the War time of Vietnam and see how we fight the invaders

Free time at the afternoon.

In the evening

At exactly 6:00 pm, your personal English speaking tour guide will meet and greet you at hotel or your specific place. You then receive safety instructions on how to ride on the back of a bike properly in order to ensure the safest experience.

You will go with the flow in the rush hour of Saigon the way we, the local, do: all from the back of the bike. We ride through the beautiful lit boulevards, the back alleys and the busy streets, which is undoubtedly more awesome of an experience than looking through pictures in your handbook.

After 20-25 minutes, you will be at our first street vendors for a real local food, where there is no tourist at all. It’s not always about eating but we also talk, share and show you the backgrounds of those significant dishes. And of course, how to eat in a right way. So you’ll have your chance to sample not only the pancakes but also Vietnamese noodles, sound good right?

At this point, you are literally quite full, don’t worry, our guide takes you around Saigon and explore “Chung cư” – a Vietnamese old apartment which was built very long time ago. We will sit down to taste coffee in the hidden coffee shop and learn how to make a glass of Vietnamese coffee with a Vietnamese filter, not a machine. It is so good and that is why it has its place in everyone’s bucket list when coming to Vietnam.

You still got room?, cause we still got our last stop for the dessert. Let’s try some Vietnamese sweet desserts that will leave a great taste and impression about our cuisine.

Day 14-Ho Chi Minh Departure 

Depending on your flight time, our driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
