Jerusalem’ Petra and Pyramids Tour Schedule

DAY  1 – arrival – Jerusalem old city .

Once arriving to Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv and after collecting your luggage you will meet our representative. After the warm welcome we will head to Jerusalem.

 Our tour will start in the Mount of Olives having an impressing observation view of the old city of Jerusalem. Afterwards we start our descend through Mount of Olives visiting on our way the famous Dominus Flevit Church and the Church of Agony with its famous Gethsemane garden.

Once visiting the Mount of Olives we move on to Mount Zion visiting there the Dormizion Abbey, The Last Supper Room and crossing the Zion gate to the old city. We move on to the Jewish quarter untill reaching the Western Wall, on our way stop by the roman cardo. From there continue to the Christian quarter, the Via Dolorosa and ending our tour in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Our day in Jerusalem ends and we will be transferred to our hotel for overnight.    

Day 2 – Nazareth and Sea of Galilee

Our tour starts early in the morning driving to the city of Nazareth where Jesus lived most of his life. We will have a visit to the Church of Annunciation and continue our tour in the old city. We will leave Nazareth and follow the steps of the Lord to the Sea of Galilee. We will visit the holy sites by the shores of the Sea of Galilee such as: Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, the reconstructed church of Tabgha where the tradition belives the miracle of the loaves and fish took place. At the end of the day have a visit to the baptismal site of Yardenit on the shores of the Jordan River 

By the end of our tour, we will head back to Tel Aviv.  

Day  3 – Dead Sea and Messada

After having breakfast we will start our tour driving through the Judean desert descending to the Dead Sea until finally reaching the cable car station in Masada. After climbing Masada by funicular and enjoying our tour we will go to swim or better on float in Dead Sea the lowest point on earth. We will have free time to enjoy this beauty of nature.

Optional to have this day is a visit the caves and the antique city of Qumeran.

Late afternoon we will go back to our hotel in the Dead Sea.  

Day 4 – Eilat-Wadi Rum-Petra

This day we will start our tour very early in the morning. We will start heading south to the sun city of Eilat. We will approach the border cross near Eilat known as Rabin cross border. After done with visa to Jordan our local representative will meet you. We start or way to Wadi Rum. Once arriving we will have a jeep 4*4 tour in this magnificent desert.

After observing the beauties of the desert our guide will take us to the hotel in Petra for overnight.  

Day  5 – Petra –Amman-Cairo

After having breakfast we will start touring Petra. We will have the opportunity to observe this magnificent antique city. With our local guide we will be familiar to this unique world heritage site. When we finish the tour and depending the time of departure you will be taken to Aman international airport. Depart Aman on our way to Egypt.

Ones landing in Cairo and picking up your luggage you will meet our local representative.

You will be than taken to your hotel in el Cairo.

Day 6 – Cairo

After breakfast in hotel we will start touring the city of Cairo Visit the pyramids of Egypt (keops, kefren and mycerinos) situated in Gizah, being a well known symbol of Egypt besides being ones of the seven

wonders of the ancient world. After this visit we will have the opportunity to have spectacular shots of this pyramids, visit the statue of el Sfinge and the Temple of the Valley.

At the end of the day go back to hotel in Cairo.

Day  7- Cairo 

After having breakfast in the hotel we will start our complete tour to the city of Cairo. We will visit the famous old museum and treasures of king Tutankamon which is considered to be one of the richest museums in the world. Have a visit to Salah a din neighborhood with its military architecture and the dome of Muhamad Ali the most spectacular in all Cairo. We will also visit the church of Saint Sergio in where the holy family was hiding while escaping from king Herodes. At the end of the tour have a walk in the Han El Halili neighborhood with its famous Bazar.

Done with this tour we will go back to our hotel for overnight.

Day 8 – back home

In the morning leasure time.

Depending departure time of the flight your transport will take you to airport for your flight back.
