Day 1-Hanoi arrival
Welcome to Vietnam: After long time on airplane, you will reach Vietnam – the S-shaped land, where 54 different ethnic minorities inhabited. On your arrival in Hanoi airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver then transferred to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2 -Hanoi cooking class – City tour – Tonkin show
In the morning
In the morning Our Chef will pick you up at your hotel by taxi or motorbike to the class. Then Chefs are generalized about the program and Take a Cyclo tour
Continue to Local market tour & street food tasting. Walking through the local market to exploring a characteristic of Vietnamese market which described the culture that only can find in Vietnam. Once done with local market Cooking Class starts. The chef will teach you how to pre-processing and making the Vietnamese foods with detailed instruction & recipes. At the end Time to enjoy your own foods.
In the afternoon
You will leave for the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam. It is estimated to be 2 hours at the museum then you will be transferred back to the Old Quarter and visit the Hoan Kiem Lake.

Day 3 - Hanoi – Mai Chau
In the morning
In morning , our guide and driver meet you at hotel. Transfer to Mai Chau, a world away from Hanoi's hustle. This place has long been the beautiful tourist spot appealing tourists due to the majestic nature, peaceful landscapes and enthusiasm of the Thai locals.
Arrive in Mai Chau, check in your room and enjoy lunch .
You will have time to cycle beautiful ethnic villages such as Na Thia, Nhot, Pom Coong, Lac and Chieng Chau villages on foot. This is a chance to learn more about local lifestyle and discover the culture of Thai locals. Moreover, on the way, you can admire the scenic view, take a lot of great photos and take a deep breath to enjoy the fresh air.
After the trip, you will come back to your stay to check in and have dinner
In the evening
It’s the time for you to enjoy a traditional dance show and taste Ruou Can – a local rice wine
Overnight in Mai Chau
Day 4-Mai Chau Sightseeing
In the morning
After having breakfast, you will have a wonderful tour to mingle with mountain inhabitants to learn more about their culture and customs.
You will start to reach Mai Ha Village, the home of hundreds of stilts house and romantic landscape. Here you will walk on flat village roads surrounded by terraced fields around 2 hours before enjoying delicious lunch prepared by the local host.
In the afternoon
After Lunch you continue walking on this nice road to Buoc village where you can take some cup of green tea or cold drinks before driving back to homestay.
Free for swimming or relaxing at your bungalow later

Day 5 - Mai Chau – Hoalu – Tamcoc - Ninh Binh
In the morning
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Ninh Binh.
The first visit in this legend area is Hoa Lu, the capital of Dai Co Viet (an old name of Vietnam). Being the capital of the first fundamental Government of Vietnam, Hoa Lu witnessed many important historical events: the union of Vietnam after “12 Lords Rebellion”, the war with the Song dynasty, the defense against the ancient Cambodian, and the formation of Hanoi nowadays.
In the afternoon
After lunch you will be rowed along the Ngo Dong River, which makes for a truly unforgettable experience, passing between towering limestone peaks.
Enormous limestone karsts jut out from the green rice fields giving rise to this place’s other name, “Halong Bay on land”.Your tour will come to the end then you will be transferred to your hotel in Ninh Binh.

Day 6 -Ninh Binh – Halong bay
In the morning
You are picked up from your hotel in Ninh Binh to depart for Halong bay Reaching Halong bay at around 12:00 and you will check in your cabin then have lunch in the restaurant on cruise while moving further to the bay
In the afternoon
Enjoy a nice set menu lunch while the boat goes ahead to the Bay’s center.15:00: Arrive at Surprising Cave, explore the cave and find out how the cave was named Surprising.16:00: Heading to Titov island. Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by beautiful islets. Visit Titov island for swimming and snorkeling or do the short trek to the top of island to have the overview of Halong bay from here Go back the boat for relaxation and heading to sleeping area. Summit on the sundeck watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party

Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, night squid fishing or just laze around.

Day 7 - Halong bay - Hanoi
In the morning
Start your day with Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck.07:00: Have a light breakfast, tea, coffee and complimentary.Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it is dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald water heading to Luon cave. Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on bamboo boat rowd by the locals. Come back to the boat for freshsening up and checking out cabin.
You will join with the short class of cooking demonstation, how to make spring rolls before an early lunch is served.
In the afternoon
About 1200 Disembark the cruise and Transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi
